While all plans are great and videos are designed to be used unsupervised, you can book a video consultation (at additional cost, please contact us) if you want to receive personalised advice for making the most of the practices and for guidance through using the website. This is useful if you have needs that need addressing, are unsure which videos may be best for you or need to know more precisely what is more beneficial for you and what you should be avoiding.
