UNDERSTANDING FILTERS
LEVEL (Yoga)
Beginners: For those new to yoga or wanting to revisit the basics.
Level 1/2: For those with some experience, seeking a gentle to moderate practice.
Level 3: For those with a few years of experience, looking for a moderate to strong practice.
Level 4: Requires higher levels of strength, flexibility, stamina, coordination, and concentration. Not suitable for everyone.
DURATION (all practices)
Yoga practices start at 30 minutes and increase in 15-minute increments. Relaxation/meditation practices tend to be shorter. There is also a category called "Shorter practices" that includes various types of practices.
EXERTION (Yoga)
The physical effort required is measured on a scale of 1 to 6. A higher number indicates a higher level of intensity and movement.
BURN (Yoga)
Most practices indicate the minimum number of calories (kcal) that you can expect to burn during the practice. These values were determined at sea level, in a specific temperature range and do not take into account one's BMR. Factors such as environment, health conditions, fitness level, and metabolism may affect the actual calorie burn.
