HOW TO USE THE VIDEO LIBRARY

1. Once you have created an account, click on 'Practices' on the homepage. This will take you to a page where videos are grouped by category.
2. Click on the category name (Yoga, Relaxation/Meditation, Shorter Practices) to see all the videos in that group. From there, you can pick a video from the list or apply filters to further refine your search.
3. You can also start applying filters before clicking on a specific category.

Start by selecting the amount of time you wish to practice, and then you can choose any other parameters to narrow down your search, if needed. Please note that Beginners practices do not show exertion or burn.

Keep in mind that the video library is currently being populated, so using too many filters might result in few or no results.


You are free to approach your well-being journey in any way you find appropriate. However, it is recommended to alternate between Yoga and Relaxation/Meditation. Regular practice will yield the best results.
For example, if your main interest is Yoga, you could do one Relaxation/Meditation practice every 3-4 sessions. Alternatively, you may choose to start or end each day with a Relaxation/Meditation practice.


If you struggle at first, that is completely normal as you're trying something new. Do your best to keep going. After a few weeks, you will notice that your body and mind are adapting to the practices. Every element of a practice will feel easier, and its effects will be stronger and longer-lasting.


Absolute Beginners are encouraged to undertake the recommended Beginners Programme (24 weeks), which can be found in the Resources tab below the video**.
